Spyder Trap Website
As part of my effort to bring UX into Spyder Trap, I was asked to lead the user experience for our internal redesign of spydertrap.com.
I kicked off the Discovery process with a cross discipline team, and began with an intensive user research phase. After gather qualitative and quantitative insights, I facilitated brainstorms that led to concept wireframes. This project lead to many conversations around process during a time when the company was expanding. Thanks to the insights gained within my research effort, we were able to refine and add additional rituals into our daily practice..
STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEW RESULTS
The results of the Stakeholder interviews highlighted the various perspectives and goals that our leadership had.
A large part of my effort in leading this discovery was to facilitate dialogue on internal misalignment on success metrics, and outcomes from different rituals. We managed to set up actionable next steps, while also resolved areas of discourse.
PERSONAS
After an intensive research process including qualitative and quantitative data, our internal team landed on the following personas.
I developed these frameworks as a way to help provide context to the patterns that we were seeing. A great deal of our focus and purpose for this website was to generate new leads. Secondly, our purpose was to attract potential talent, and provide easy ways to exemplify our high craft. This was in an effort to build the presence of Spyder Trap within the design and development community.
SITE MAP RECOMMENDATIONS
In collaboration with the Content Strategy and SEO teams, this is the site map that we landed on with highlighted Strategy and recommended optimizations.
We wanted to lift additional content to correctly highlight our process, our culture, and our leadership in the industry.
Wireframes
Along with the above recommendations and Research Findings, I provided wireframes that reflected the craft, and process that we followed in Spyder Trap.
Part of our effort was to restructure the Case Studies and Approach pages to accurately reflect our multidisciplinary collaboration, and how that led to meeting our user and business needs effectively.
